Financial Aid -PSU One Card

 

PSU One cards are not loaded until 10 days prior to the start of term and your card must be activated to use. You may still place your order, however if your PSU One card does not have funds we will hold and process again over the next few days. If there are still issues we will contact you via email.. This will change your pickup time. Check Email!

PSU ONE Cards are a  DEBIT CARD be aware that if we have to cancel your order after it has been processed. Your bank can take 10 or more days to place the funds back into your account. PSU Bookstore is not responsible for any delays of your funds or issues with your bank account once we process your return.

When is my Credit Card Charged
When we are finalizing your order. If your card is declined we will send you an email. If you feel you may have a problem with your card please contact us at support@psubookstore.com or call 503-226-2631 X 212. If you are using a DEBIT CARD be aware that banks can take 10 or more days to place the funds back into your account. PSU Bookstore is not responsible for any delays of your funds or issues with your bank account once we process your return!

If I Don't Pick up My Order- What Happens
We will try to contact you. After a reasonable time without contact we will cancel your order. It may take a few days to show on your account. If you are using a DEBIT CARD be aware that banks can take 10 or more days to place the funds back into your account. PSU Bookstore is not responsible for any delays of your funds or issues with your bank account once we process your return!

What if I need to Cancel or Change the Order
If you need to cancel the order please call us at 503-226-2631 with your order number, or email us at support@psubookstore.com. Canceling an order after we process your credit card may delay your funds especially on a Debit Card. Banks can take 10 or more days to place your funds on your account.

If necessary you can pick up your order as is and exchange or return your unwanted items at customer service in the bookstore following regular return restrictions on products.
